Ocean Alexander Market April 2026

This is the Ocean Alexander market April 2026 report covering active listings, price reductions and days on market data across Southeast Florida. Thirty Ocean Alexander yachts are actively listed across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Northeast United States as of April 24, 2026. This is a baseline report for the used Ocean Alexander market. Here is what the market looks like at the end of April, 2026.

What the Inventory Tells You

The most immediate observation from the current data set is the concentration of new 2026 inventory held at inquiry-only pricing. Eight new production builds (or inventory) are not comparable to used examples for pricing purposes. The analysis below focuses exclusively on listings with published prices.

Of the 30 active listings, 14 already show at least one price reduction at the baseline. That is over half the brokerage market carrying a reduced price. For a seller considering a list price today, that number is worth sitting with. A market where half the inventory has already moved off its original ask is not a market that rewards optimistic opening positions.

The 28L Legend

One priced 28L is active. A 2025 build in Jupiter, Florida is listed at $8,999,000 after a $451,000 reduction from its $9,450,000 ask. It has been on the market 87 days. The reduction is meaningful and the days on market are approaching the 90-day threshold where buyer skepticism tends to build regardless of condition. A nearly new 2025 28L with twin MTU 1600 HP engines that cannot close in the first 90-120 days at a reduced price is a data point worth watching in the next cycle.

The 32L Legend

Two priced 32L examples are active. A 2024 model in Miami is listed at $11,950,000 with no price change at 78 days. A 2022 model in Boca Raton is listed at $10,750,000 after a $525,000 reduction from $11,275,000. The 2022 has been on the market 195 days. That is a meaningful stretch of time for a platform in this price range and the reduction, while substantial, has not yet produced a transaction. The spread between the two active 32L listings is $1,200,000. A buyer evaluating both hulls is working through a real question about what two additional model years and $1,200,000 buys on this platform.

The 35R Revolution

One priced 35R is active. A 2024 in Palm Beach is listed at $19,995,000 with no price change at 50 days. Twin MTU 16V2000 M96L engines at 2,600 horsepower. This is the flagship Revolution model and the buyer pool at this price level is genuinely narrow. Fifty days without a reduction on a nearly new $20,000,000 yacht is not unusual. The next cycle will tell us more about whether the seller has conviction in that number.

Adding to the 35 meter collection is the Puro. This model is brand new and recently made its debut. There are currently no Puro models on the brokerage market.

The 84R

One 84R is active in Fort Lauderdale at $5,495,000. Twin MAN V12 engines at 1,900 horsepower. It has been on the market 185 days with no price reduction. A boat at 185 days without a reduction is either correctly priced and waiting for the right buyer or it is approaching the point where a meaningful adjustment becomes necessary. The next cycle will reveal which of those is true.

The 100 Series

Five 100-series examples are active spanning 2008 to 2020 and a price range of $2,999,000 to $8,500,000. The spread within this single model designation reflects the two-generation platform reality that the Ocean Alexander 100 market guide covers in full detail.

The two 2020 examples present the most interesting data point in this section. A 2020 100 Skylounge in Lighthouse Point is listed at $8,500,000 with no price change at 53 days. A 2020 100 Flybridge in Fort Lauderdale is listed at $7,795,000 after a $405,000 reduction at 289 days. Both boats are the same model year with the same engine package. The nearly $1,000,000 spread between them and the 236-day difference in days on market reflects configuration preference, listing strategy and the weight of time on a yacht transaction. The Flybridge configuration at 289 days and a reduced price is the more urgent situation.

The 2017 100 Skylounge in North Palm Beach has been on the market 135 days with a token $5,000 reduction. A $5,000 price move on a $5,950,000 yacht after 135 days is not a real reduction. It is a listing system update. Buyers at this level recognize the difference and sellers should understand that a token reduction does not reset the clock on buyer perception. A meaningful adjustment in the next cycle would be the more credible move.

The 2016 100 Skylounge in Miami has been on the market 339 days with a $455,000 reduction from $5,945,000 to $5,490,000. The Caterpillar C32 engine package on this boat versus the MTU configuration on its peers is a documented buyer preference issue at this price level. 339 days is a serious data point for any seller evaluating the 100-series market.

The 2008 example in Fort Lauderdale at $2,999,000 represents the older generation platform. A $296,000 reduction at 49 days on a boat in this age and price range is a different kind of conversation than the newer examples above.

The 27 Explorer

One 27 Explorer is active in West Palm Beach at $5,749,000. Twin MAN engines at 1,650 horsepower. The Explorer-style long-range hull is a different ownership proposition than the performance-oriented models in the lineup. It has been on the market 98 days with no price change. The 27 Explorer buyer pool is specific and the no-reduction position at 98 days suggests the seller has conviction in the number. Worth watching.

The 70E Evolution

Two 70E examples are active and both are under pressure. A 2021 model in Fort Lauderdale is listed at $2,650,000 after a $100,000 reduction at 136 days. A 2018 model in Sarasota is listed at $1,990,000 after a $509,000 reduction from $2,499,000 at 408 days. The 2018 example carries the largest single price reduction in the current tracker at $509,000 and 408 days on market is the longest active stretch in the priced-listing data set outside the Divergence models. The Volvo Penta IPS pod drive configuration on this boat and the extended time on market together create a meaningful point for anyone evaluating the 70E segment. The full context on this model is covered in the Ocean Alexander 70E model page.

The 72 Pilothouse and 74 Series

One 72 Pilothouse is active in Cape Coral at $2,200,000 with no price change at 59 days. Twin Caterpillar C18-ACERT engines. A 59-day no-reduction position on a 2015 boat at this price point suggests a seller who knows what they have.

Two 74-series examples are active in Fort Lauderdale. A 2011 74 Open Flybridge is listed at $1,375,000 after a minimal $24,000 reduction at 81 days. A 2010 74 Motoryacht is listed at $1,700,000 after a $132,500 reduction at 155 days. Tax paid on the 2010 example. The 155-day stretch with a meaningful reduction on the 2010 model reflects the reality of the older inventory market across all model lines.

What to Watch in the Next Cycle

Three listings stand out as candidates for price movement before the next tracking cycle. The 84R at 185 days with no reduction is the most overdue for an adjustment. The 100 Skylounge in North Palm Beach at 135 days with a token reduction needs a real move. The 28L in Jupiter at 87 days with a previous reduction that has not closed the deal is approaching the point where a second adjustment becomes the rational decision.

The two oldest priced listings in the tracker are the 70E in Sarasota at 408 days and the 100 Skylounge in Miami at 339 days. Both have absorbed significant reductions. What happens to those boats in the next 30 to 60 days will tell us something meaningful about the floor in each segment.
