ocean alexander market report october 2026

Ocean Alexander Market Report: October 2026

Ten price reductions posted between September 4 and October 15. Six listings came off the market and one of them, IRIDESCENCE, was reported sold. Thirty-one active priced listings remain in the tracked market, from 45 to 120 feet and $549,000 to $18,995,000. This ocean alexander market report october 2026 picks up from the August report. The full series lives on the Ocean Alexander market insights hub.

The coverage comes from the broker portals rather than one brokerage’s website, so it includes every listing on the market regardless of who holds it. Most brokers carry access to one portal. I work both. A share of these boats also change hands without ever being advertised. Nobody can put a percentage on that. My alerts list hears about those first if at all possible.

Please take note on how the MLS works, the days on market counter restarts whenever a listing is changed, whether that’s a new price, a new brokerage or a new entry. Where a boat has been for sale much longer than its counter shows, both are given in the report. If you do not see it and would like to know, please email me.

Six listings came off the market

IRIDESCENCE, the 2020 100 Flybridge in Fort Lauderdale, was reported sold on October 16 at a last asking price of $7,795,000 after about 15 months on the market. (A 2019 100 Flybridge sold in Bal Harbour in February after 87 days, with a recorded selling price that matched its asking price to the dollar. That almost always means the ask had already come down to meet a buyer).

The other five came off without any sold record nor report. ZEPHYR, the 2019 100 Motoryacht in North Palm Beach, at $7,495,000 after more than three months. Carbon Copy, the 2022 32L in Boca Raton, at $9,875,000 after nearly a year. LA-LA-LA, the 2024 32L in Miami, at $10,900,000 after more than seven months. The 2016 90 Skylounge in Fort Lauderdale at $4,400,000 after about nine weeks. CHANGE OF LATITUDE, the 2001 60 in Fort Lauderdale, at $795,000 after more than 14 months with no reduction ever posted.

A note on market reality for sold vessels: Almost no boat outside the COVID years sells at its asking price. The days on market and the spread between the first ask and the closing price are what matters. A sale reported at or near the ask usually means the ask had already been reduced to that level or a dealer is reporting a price that supports the value of its own inventory. Closing prices aren’t public. They’re on the broker portals and I track them on this brand. For what a specific boat sold for, ask me directly.

45 Divergence

Junto A Ti, the 2020 Divergence Sport in Coral Gables, is back on the market at $549,000 after coming off in August at $699,999. The counter shows 9 days. It’s been for sale more than 200 days and came back $150,000 lower. Quad 350 hp Mercury Verados at about 450 hours. It’s now the lowest ask in the tracked market.

Dream Weaver, the 2021 Divergence Coupe in Holden Beach, North Carolina, took its first reduction on October 13 at 161 days, from $799,000 to $749,000. Quad 400 hp Mercury Verados with 275 hours. That puts it $20,000 under PASSION, a 2021 Divergence Coupe new to the market in Lighthouse Point at $769,000 and 35 days. PASSION’s outboards don’t match. One reads 296 hours against 415, 419 and 421 on the other three.

The 2020 Divergence Coupe in Fajardo, Puerto Rico is unchanged at $795,000, with 69 days on the counter and more than two and a half years on the market.

58

Momentum III, the 2005 58 Motor Yacht in Fort Pierce, came back on a new listing at $599,000, $50,000 under its August ask. The counter shows one day against about 19 months on the market. Twin Caterpillar C12s at 700 hp with 2,500 hours.

64 and 65 Pilothouse

Bluewater, the 2005 64 Pilothouse in Fort Lauderdale, is unchanged at $999,000 at 196 days. HIGH COTTON, the 2013 65 Pilothouse in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is unchanged at $1,575,000, with 69 days on the counter and about eight months on the market.

72 Pilothouse

ESCAPE, the 2016 72 Pilothouse in Chesapeake City, Maryland, crossed 120 days and now shows 125. The ask holds at $2,395,000 after the $300,000 reduction posted August 27. Twin Caterpillar C18 ACERTs at 1,150 hp with about 2,080 hours.

74 and 80

Margarita, the 2010 74 Motoryacht in Fort Lauderdale, reduced twice during the period, from $1,350,000 to $1,250,000 and then to $1,199,000 on October 9. That’s $151,000 since the last report and about $500,000 below its original ask. The counter shows 44 days against roughly ten months on the market. Twin MTUs at 1,500 hp with about 2,800 hours.

GAIL FORCE, the 2011 74 Open Flybridge in Fort Lauderdale, came back on a new listing at $1,275,000, $100,000 under its prior ask. The counter shows 2 days against about eight and a half months on the market. Twin Caterpillar C32s at 1,650 hp with about 4,100 hours.

SEA GRACE, the 2009 74 Flybridge in San Diego, is unchanged at $2,495,000. California boats can trade differently because of taxes, so a West Coast asking price isn’t directly comparable to a Florida one.

JusMad, the 2005 80 in Fort Lauderdale, holds at $1,199,000, the same ask as Margarita. The counter shows one day but the boat has been on the market since February. Twin MTU 12V 2000s with about 7,340 hours, still the highest reading in the market.

83

Relentless, the 2010 83 in Sarasota, is asking $1,799,900 and has been on the market since March. This boat sold in January 2025 in West Palm Beach and is back under a new listing. The West Palm Beach 83 in earlier reports at $2,650,000 was this boat on a record untouched since June 2024. It’s out of the count. Twin Caterpillar C32s at 1,650 hp with about 3,720 hours. The listing says more than $250,000 in upgrades were done in 2025. What it closed at in January 2025 is available in a private conversation.

90 Skylounge

ABOAT TIME, the 2013 90 Skylounge in North Palm Beach, is unchanged at $3,650,000 at 52 days. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M94s at 1,920 hp with about 2,400 hours and a 2026 yard period behind them. This boat has sold three times since 2019, most recently in February 2026. Each closing came in below the one before and the current ask sits above that February sale. The market now decides whether the yard period is worth the difference.

ONE SHOT, the 2012 90 Skylounge in Boca Raton, holds at $3,695,000 after its August reduction. The counter shows 14 days against about three and a half months on the market. Twin MTU 10V 2000 M94s with 2,850 hours.

27R and 28R

STILL WATERS, the 2025 27R in Fort Lauderdale, reduced $480,000 on September 30, from $8,275,000 to $7,795,000, about 50 days in. Twin MAN V12 1650s with about 180 hours. South C’s, the 2023 27R at Ocean Reef, is at $7,499,000 at 161 days and has never reduced. Twin MAN V12 1650s at 700 hours per side. The gap between the two went from $776,000 to $296,000. The older boat now competes against a much smaller gap without having moved its ask.

Dock Dock Goose, the 2021 28R in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, is unchanged at $7,995,000 at 69 days.

28L

Salt & Light, the 2025 28L in Jupiter, reduced $514,000 on October 9, from $8,999,000 to $8,485,000, at about 255 days. That’s the largest dollar reduction of the period and the second on this listing. The boat first came on in January at $9,500,000. Twin MTUs with 287 hours.

30 Revolution

Two 30 Revolution Skylounges are new to the tracked market, both in Fort Lauderdale. VEVA, the 2022, is at $10,495,000 at 30 days with about 1,160 hours on twin 1,900 hp MAN V12s. JUST A VACATION, the 2024, is at $12,900,000 at 39 days with about 450 hours on the same engines. The two sit $2,405,000 apart. VEVA’s ask is $5,000 above Cool Change, the 2025 32L.

100 series

BELLA LISA, the 2020 100 Skylounge in Lighthouse Point, holds at $7,900,000 after August’s $600,000 reduction. She moved to a new brokerage and the counter shows 17 days against about 227 on the market. Twin MTU 12V 2000s with about 1,400 hours.

IRIDESCENCE, the 2020 100 Flybridge in Fort Lauderdale, was asking  $7,795,000 at the time of the sale (463 days on market) with about 1,500 hours. The last reduction, from $8,200,000, posted March 10. A 2019 100 Flybridge sold in Bal Harbour in February after 87 days, with a recorded selling price that matched its asking price to the dollar. That almost always means it isn’t a clean comp.

CHINDON, the 2017 100 Motoryacht in Jupiter, crossed 120 days and then reduced $300,000 on October 5, from $5,295,000 to $4,995,000. It shows 136 days with about 1,770 hours on twin MTU 12V 2000s. It’s now the least expensive second generation 100 listed. Sea N Sea, a 2016 100 in North Miami Beach, came on at $5,250,000, $255,000 above CHINDON on a boat one model year older. Twin Caterpillar C32 ACERTs with about 1,830 hours. The listing says she’s had one owner since delivery. Wiggle Room, the 2018 100 Motoryacht in Naples, is unchanged at $6,990,000 at 101 days.

ROBIN’S NEST, the 2008 100 Skylounge in Fort Lauderdale, reduced $149,000 on October 2, from $2,849,000 to $2,700,000, at about 210 days. It’s a first generation hull on a 22 foot beam with Ed Monk interior architecture. About 2,735 hours on twin MTU 10V 2000s. It shouldn’t be priced against the 2016 and later boats. The Ocean Alexander models page covers the split.

32L

Cool Change, the 2025 32L in Fort Lauderdale, reduced $410,000 on September 22, from $10,900,000 to $10,490,000, at about 76 days. With LA-LA-LA and Carbon Copy gone, it’s the only 32L left in the market. Twin MAN V12 2000s at 700 hours.

37L, 120 and 35 Revolution

Eileen’s Way, a 2023 37L in Pompano Beach, came on at $16,900,000 with 650 hours on twin 2,600 hp MTU V16s. Dreams, the 2022 37L in Fort Lauderdale, has held that same $16,900,000 for 245 days with about 1,100 hours. At the same asking price a buyer now gets a newer boat with roughly 450 fewer hours, which changes how Dreams reads against it.

WRECKLESS, the 2017 Ocean Alexander 120, now in Fort Lauderdale, is unchanged at $11,950,000 at 77 days with about 4,900 hours on twin MTU 16V 2000 M96s. SERENITY NOW, the 2024 35 Revolution, now in Palm Beach, is unchanged at $18,995,000 at 224 days with 1,266 hours.

Ocean Alexander market report October 2026: what the period showed

Ten sellers reduced during the period this ocean alexander market report october 2026 covers. The four largest moves, on Salt & Light, STILL WATERS, Cool Change and CHINDON, all came on boats asking $5,000,000 or more. Six boats left and six arrived or returned.

The 132 foot 40P, flagship of the Puro series, debuts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 28 to November 1.

If you own one of these boats, the conversation that matters happens before the listing goes live. My Ocean Alexander seller page covers how I approach that. You can reach me directly as the Ocean Alexander specialist for Southeast Florida.

OA Yachts October FAQ

How many Ocean Alexander yachts are for sale right now?

Thirty-one active priced Ocean Alexander listings are in the tracked market and one sale reported. They run from 45 to 120 feet and from $549,000 to $18,995,000. This ocean alexander market report october 2026 covers every one of them across the broker portals rather than a single brokerage’s inventory. Boats listed at “call for price” are excluded.

Which Ocean Alexander yachts reduced in price recently?

Ten listings reduced between September 4 and October 15. Salt & Light, a 2025 28L, reduced $514,000 to $8,485,000. STILL WATERS, a 2025 27R, reduced $480,000 to $7,795,000. Cool Change, a 2025 32L, reduced $410,000 to $10,490,000. CHINDON, a 2017 100 Motoryacht, reduced $300,000 to $4,995,000. Margarita, ROBIN’S NEST, Junto A Ti, GAIL FORCE, Dream Weaver and Momentum III took smaller reductions.

Did any Ocean Alexander yachts sell this period?

IRIDESCENCE, a 2020 100 Flybridge, was reported sold on October 16 at a last asking price of $7,795,000. Five other listings came off the market with no sale recorded: ZEPHYR, Carbon Copy, LA-LA-LA, the 2016 90 Skylounge and CHANGE OF LATITUDE. Closing prices on this brand aren’t public. I’m glad to go through them in a private conversation.

Why does a listing show only a few days on the market when the boat has been for sale much longer?

The day counter restarts whenever a listing is changed. A new price, a new brokerage or a new entry all reset it. BELLA LISA shows 17 days but has been on the market about 227. Momentum III shows one day and has been listed since March 2025. Read the counter as days since the last change, not days on the market.

What is the difference between a first generation and second generation Ocean Alexander 100?

They share a name and a length and very little else. The 2008 to 2015 boats are Ed Monk designs on a 22 foot beam with conventional interior architecture. The 2016 and later boats are Evan K. Marshall designs on a 23 foot beam with aluminum I-beam structure and zero speed stabilization. Second generation boats in this market carry either twin MTU 12V 2000s or twin Caterpillar C32s. ROBIN’S NEST at $2,700,000 is the only first generation hull listed and shouldn’t be priced against the newer platform.

What’s the biggest risk for a buyer in this market right now?

Reading the asking price as a value which most buyers of OA do not do, so don’t make that mistake. A day counter can be misleading, too. South C’s, a 2023 27R, has been listed 161 days with no reduction ever taken. Dreams has held $16,900,000 for 245 days. Several other boats show short counters after a listing change. A long listing with no recent reduction tells you what a seller hopes for, not what the boat is worth. The listings that reduced this period show where the market actually is.

If you own an Ocean Alexander, the conversation that decides your outcome happens before the listing goes live. Once a boat has been sitting for four months the market has already formed an opinion and you’re negotiating against it. Buyers tracking this data closely are watching which sellers move early, because those are the boats where a reasonable offer gets a reasonable answer.

Buyers tracking this market can start a private conversation about what is coming available before it is listed.
